"Foods to eat and avoid with fibromyalgia"
Medical News Today
Cambridge University Press
This is a great article that is well sourced in evidence based research that talks about foods that may help, as well as hinder, our quality of life with Fibromyalgia.
It uses a study by Cambridge University, "Food pyramid for subjects with chronic pain: foods and dietary constituents as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant agents". Caombridge built a food pyramid based on "Emerging literature suggests that diet constituents may play a modulatory role in chronic pain (CP) through management of inflammation/oxidative stress, resulting in attenuation of pain."
