Rugelach
Flakey, buttery Rugelach Cookies filled with Apricot & Almond or Dark Chocolate, Walnut, & Cinnamon. These freeze beautifully, but I doubt they'll go uneaten long enough to make it there! Each cookie is roughly 1.5" in size, being a generous portion of yumminess!

Chocolate & Raspberry Layer Cake
This decadent moist chocolate cake is layered with fresh made seedless raspberry jam and covered in whipped ganache frosting and tangy freeze-dried raspberries. 8" cake serves 8-10 people.

Oatmeal & Almond Lace Cookies
These caramel-like thin Lace Cookies with almond slivers & oatmeal (plus a touch of amaretto liqueur) are an indulgent treat! Chewy in the center and crispy around the edges, these delicate cookies will be a quick favorite. They freeze beautifully between sheets of wax paper and thaw within minutes for a last minute treat.

Scones
Flakey, layered, biscuit-like scones dotted with white chocolate & cranberries or chocolate & pecans, these make for delectable morning goodies. These freeze perfectly and in less than 10 mins in a 350° oven, they feel like freshly baked scones without the work!

Turkish Coffee Shortbread
These Buttery Turkish Coffee Shortbread have a punchy flavor of citrusy fresh ground cardamom and deep espresso. Roughly 2" per cookie, these are perfect to go alongside your morning coffee, chocolate cake as dessert, or just a cup of tea on a grey day. They freeze wonderfully and thaw in a matter of minutes for a last minute treat!

Viennese Whirls
Delicate tender butter cookies sandwich fragrant vanilla buttercream and fresh made raspberry jam. Although they freeze and thaw perfectly, these roughly 2" sandwiches rarely last long enough to make it to the freezer!
